consultation we will discuss your current fitness levels, eating

I am
passionate about helping you build a healthier body, and to
improve your health! But I can only help you if you are
committed. It is for that reason I do not accept
everyone as a client. Training for me is not about making a
buck. I am honored and humbled to be your trainer.

What To
Expect
Private Fitness
Consultation. This interview will allow us to
determine your specific goals and needs.
Fitness Assessment. We will
determine your current fitness levels, analyze your body composition,
i.e., body weight, muscle weight, water weight, body fat percentage,
and your Basal Metabolic Rate. This assessment will allow us to
track your progress and determine goals.
Exercise Program Design.
Your program will be designed for your specific needs.
Flexibility, strength, cardio, build muscle and lose fat.
Weekly Review/Accountability.
We will discuss your progress and any difficulties you may have
experienced during the previous week and make adjustments as needed.
Determine roadblocks or motivation problems you may be facing to get
you on track.
Nutritional Guidance.
We will review your food choices, meal timing and make adjustments as
necessary.

Education.
Our programs offer on-going education which is necessary for a
successful transition to a health driven lifestyle. Each
session will focus on educating you on proper form when exercising,
heart rate training, high intensity training, nutritional guidance,
etc.
